Quickly and easily adjust settings and respond to your patient’s changing ventilation needs with the fabian HFO ventilator.* Deliver high-frequency oscillation (HFO) with active inspiration and expiration as well as all modern NIV and conventional modes. Clinicians can determine lung recruitment easily and without additional equipment or time off the ventilator thanks to the proprietary Forced Oscillation Technique (FOT) feature.

Keep the focus on your infant patient

The color-coded TFT display on the fabian HFO ventilator is visible from any angle and lets you see waveforms, numeric data, loops, and vent status clearly. All operations are easily implemented with a one-touch principle.

Lightweight and compact, fabian HFO travels seamlessly with your patient across the hospital thanks to an integrated electronic gas blender and built-in battery.

Forced Oscillation Technique

Our patented, non-invasive technology helps your team easily assess an optimally recruited lung. FOT measures reactance and respiratory flow response during both HFO and conventional ventilation modes and sets the appropriate CPAP, PEEP, and MAP levels for the patient.

Volume Guarantee modes

Improve outcomes for neonates and infants. Set a tidal volume for your patient and the fabian HFO will manage inspiratory pressure based on patient compliance and resistance.

Predictive Intelligent Control of O2

Keep patients within prescribed SpO2 target ranges—even under challenging clinical conditions such as motion and low perfusion—by automating FiO2 adjustments. Predictive Intelligent Control of O2, or PRICO, monitors the set SpO2 and adjusts FiO2 to keep the patient in the SpO2 range, reducing the need for manual adjustments and giving you more time to focus on patient care.
