- Supporting employee wellness.
Through robust employee benefits, we support physical, mental, and financial well-being. Programs like “Mission in Motion” and ZOLL’s employee purchase discount help employees obtain equipment and training to safeguard their families and others in their community.
- Promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I). ZOLL’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) create opportunities for employees to connect with each other in meaningful ways, and our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Advisory Council works to promote a diverse and inclusive work environment where all voices are heard.
- Giving back to the community. Our Heroes for Life program recognizes and celebrates survivors of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) and the heroes who helped save their lives. Through this program, ZOLL also donates AEDs to a variety of organizations in communities across the U.S. and worldwide.
- Funding research for the future. The ZOLL Foundation, a non-profit charitable organization that supports early-stage research from younger scientists, has delivered more than $5 million in grants to 118 recipients since 2013.
