ZOLL’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Advisory Council was formed to help foster a more inclusive and equitable work environment. The Advisory Council is focused on ensuring that all voices are heard, company culture is enriched, and a sense of community and belonging is encouraged. Members of the Advisory Council are volunteers from across the organisation, representing varied perspectives and backgrounds. All council members are incredibly passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

ZOLL's Employee Resource Groups help build a sense of community, enhance our culture, foster meaningful employee experiences, and support business priorities. They are voluntary, employee-led professional networks with cross-company representation. Participants may have similar backgrounds and/or shared interests, or they may be allies of ERG focus areas.
