- Supporting employee wellness.
Through robust employee benefits, we support physical, mental and financial well-being. Programmes like “Mission in Motion” and ZOLL’s employee purchase discount help employees obtain equipment and training to safeguard their families and others in their community.
- Promoting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I). ZOLL’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) create opportunities for employees to connect with each other in meaningful ways and our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Advisory Council works to promote a diverse and inclusive work environment where all voices are heard.
- Giving back to the community. Our Heroes for Life programme recognises and celebrates survivors of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) and the heroes who helped save their lives. Through this programme, ZOLL also donates AEDs to a variety of organisations in communities across the U.S. and worldwide.
- Funding research for the future. The ZOLL Foundation, a non-profit charitable organisation that supports early-stage research from younger scientists, has delivered nearly $8 million in grants to 172 recipients since 2014.

Our medical devices, software and related services are used worldwide to diagnose and treat patients suffering from serious cardiopulmonary and respiratory conditions.
In addition to helping save lives and improving patient outcomes, we believe in supporting vibrant lives by acting as a responsible corporate citizen in the world. We uphold fundamental human rights and refuse to engage in business activities that abuse human rights. To those ends, we conduct our business within the framework of applicable laws, regulations, and our own policies and procedures.
ZOLL’s Human Rights Statement defines ZOLL’s expectations for its employees and the employees of those with whom we work. Our guiding principles are as follows:
- Child Labor and Forced Labor: ZOLL will not tolerate human trafficking, forced labor, unlawful child labor, commercial sex acts, or other unethical or illegal labor practices by employees, agents, and subcontractors or anywhere in the supply chain.
